Four steps, and you control the only one that matters.
- 1
Post the run
One pickup, every drop on it, and the price you think the whole lot is worth.
- 2
A nearby rider answers
Verified riders close to your pickup point see it and accept or counter.
- 3
Settle it in chat
Go back and forth until you both agree. Payment only opens once you do.
- 4
Track every drop
Each recipient gets their own 6-digit code. You send it, they give it to the rider.
Agreeing a price is the easy part. The handoff is where trust is built.
A 6-digit code closes every delivery
When your package is handed over, you read your code to the rider and they type it in. No code, no completed delivery. It is the one thing only you and the person receiving the package can supply.
Example code.
Riders are verified before they carry anything
Identity documents and vehicle details are reviewed and approved by an admin. An unverified rider cannot accept a delivery at all.
You watch it move
Once a rider is carrying your package, their location is live on your map until it is delivered.
The whole fee structure, in three lines.
There is no booking fee, no service charge, and no surge. If you want to know what a delivery costs, look at the number you and the rider agreed on.
- Minimum delivery price
- The floor for any delivery on FIDI.
- FIDI commission
- Taken from the agreed price, nothing on top of it.
- Rider earnings
- The rest goes to the person doing the work.

Questions people ask first
How much does a delivery cost?
Whatever you and the rider agree. The only fixed rule is a ₦500 minimum. FIDI suggests a starting number and shows how it was worked out, but you can change it and the rider can counter — nothing is quoted at you and there is no surge pricing.
How do I know the rider is legitimate?
Every rider submits identity documents and vehicle details, and an admin approves them before they can accept a single delivery.
When is my money taken?
Only after you and the rider have agreed a price. Payment runs through Paystack, and the delivery moves to paid once it settles.
How is delivery confirmed?
Every package gets its own 6-digit code once you pay. You send each recipient theirs, they give it to the rider at handover, and the rider enters it — that is what marks that drop complete.
How do I become a rider?
Create an account, then submit your identity documents and vehicle details. Once an admin approves them, riding unlocks and you can switch roles from the dashboard.
