7. Pricing and Payments

Senders and Riders negotiate delivery prices through our platform. Once both parties accept a price, it becomes the agreed-upon delivery fee.
7.2 Platform Fee
FIDI charges a platform fee (commission) on each completed delivery. The current rate is 15% of the agreed delivery fee. This fee is deducted from the Rider's payment.
7.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Paystack. Senders must pay before pickup can occur. Rider earnings are credited after successful delivery confirmation.
7.4 Refunds
Refunds may be issued in cases of failed deliveries not caused by the sender. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis through our dispute resolution process.
8. Delivery Verification
Our platform includes security features to verify deliveries:
- Pickup Confirmation: Senders must confirm that their package has been collected
- Delivery Code: Recipients must provide a unique code to confirm delivery
Both parties are responsible for completing these verification steps accurately.
