Delivery should be a conversation.

FIDI is a peer-to-peer delivery platform in Nigeria where the sender and the rider settle the price between them, before anything moves.

Our story

FIDI was born from a simple observation: delivery services in Nigeria were either too expensive, unreliable, or lacked transparency. We saw riders struggling to find jobs and senders frustrated with hidden fees and poor service.

So we built the opposite. A sender posts what they think a trip is worth. Riders nearby accept it or counter with their own number. The two of them settle it in chat, and only then does payment open. No algorithm decides the fare, because no algorithm is standing on the road with the package.

FIDI is early. What exists today is the mechanism itself — negotiation, verified riders, live tracking, and a 6-digit handoff — and a commitment not to dress it up as more than it is.

Our mission

To make delivery accessible, affordable, and transparent for everyone in Nigeria through technology and community-driven solutions.

Our ambition

To become a leading peer-to-peer delivery platform in Africa — empowering riders and connecting communities across the continent. That is where we are going, not where we are.

What we hold to

Transparency
No hidden fees and no surge. The only numbers are the price you agreed and a 15% commission taken from it.
Community
A rider who sets their own price and keeps 85% of it is a partner, not a unit of supply. Both sides of every delivery are people.
Security
Riders are verified by an admin before they carry anything, their location is live while they do, and a 6-digit code closes the delivery.

Decide what your delivery is worth.
